Mal vorweg:
Ich hab mich total auf dieses Buch gefreut. Auch wenn ich nicht mehr gerne Liebesgeschichten lese, weil sie mir zu vollgepackt mit Stereotypen und bananigen Szenen sind. Trotzdem hab ich mich auf dieses Buch gefreut.
Das Setting hat mich interessiert und auch die beiden Protas fand ich interessant.
Ich mag das sehr durch ein Buch in den Sommerurlaub zu verreisen. Das macht meistens richtig Spaß und ich fühl mich als sei ich selbst irgendwo am Meer. :D
Aber naja, was soll ich sagen? Das war halt echt nichts. Die Geschichte zwischen Penny und Milo fand ich richtig langweilig. Ich hab beim Lesen aufs Hörbuch umgeswitched, sonst wäre ich vor Langeweile wohl gestorben. Das Hörbuch war jetzt auch nicht der Knaller aber wenn ich nebenher was anderes gemacht habe, konnte ich es ertragen.
Sicherlich gibt es viele Leser*innen die dieses Buch feiern aber ich gehöre nicht dazu. Die Protas waren zu platt, die Storyline zu durchgekaut. Das Setting war okay, da hab ich mehr erwartet.
Ich weiß nicht was ich zu diesem Buch sagen soll. Es gab für mich eigentlich nichts Positives. Schade. Aber so ist das halt manchmal.
